Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Situbondo Cluster. This research includes in approach quantitatively using questionnaire as tool data collection from respondent. Respondents in this study were 52 sales employees using sample saturated. Method analysis use Partial Least Square Equation Model (SEM-PLS) structure using smartPLS 3.0 software. Research results shows that leadership transformational own no influence significant to commitment organization and performance employees, while the work life balance has significant influence to commitment organization and performance employees, as well as commitment organization own significant influence&nbsp; to performance employee. The suggested marketing strategy is extracted from the examination of internal and external data and is considered fit to increase sales for sustainable business. In research, data collection methods are carefully designed and implemented to obtain relevant and reliable data. Field research involved direct observation to gather the necessary data for the research. This method was used to obtain primary data, and the research was conducted on the activities of all research objects. To collect primary data, the author uses quantitative research by distributed questionnaires forms to Toko Bani Adam's customers and use qualitative conducted interview with the owner and management team. As the result, Toko Bani Adam, a Muslim apparel SME in Indonesia, operates in a dynamic political environment influenced by the rise of Islamic conservatism and increasing religious consciousness among the youth. Through the implementation of the 5A method, Toko Bani Adam aims to increase brand visibility, engage with customers, optimize marketing efforts, diversify marketing channels, and enhance the customer experience. This involves adapting marketing strategies based on thorough analysis, attracting customers through online presence and promotions, activating offline marketing activities, and continuously assessing the effectiveness of these efforts. By leveraging market insights, optimizing online platforms, participating in campaigns, and monitoring key metrics, Bani Adam can drive growth and success in a competitive market. Toko Bani will collaborate with social media agencies to maximize their presence on these platforms and achieve optimal results in terms of audience reach and engagement. Toko Bani Adam will also focus on offline marketing activities, such as in-store events and collaborations with local businesses or community organizations. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach where data obtained from a Huntara in Sumbermujur-Candipuro Village in the form of interviews and this analysis uses information systems from Huntara. The results of this study state that the role of plant layout in the development process is very important because it can support the smoothness of the development process. All of this if applied in accordance with the initial plan quickly the process of work in the construction of shelters will soon be completed and will soon be occupied by its residents. Because in this development process there are not only a few shelters but several thousand affected by Semeru. While the obstacles that occur in this development process are the first from the community itself and from the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). This study is located on BPJS Kesehatan KC Pekalongan, with a total population amounted 75 employees, and the sample is about 40 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses judgment sampling. The analysis technique used path analysis with SPSS 25 as a hypothesis testing tool. The study found that emotional intelligence significantly affects organizational citizenship behaviour. However, organizational commitment hasn’t a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour because employees who have a high level of organizational commitment do not always mean that these employees also exhibit OCB behavior. As aligned with the improved Indonesia’s economic growth after Covid-19 pandemic that attract foreign investors, and the complexity of Indonesia’s regulatory, PT Flawless is benefited from the increasing demand of local assistances to keep the foreign investors in compliant with the local regulations. During 2020 until 2022, PT Flawless recorded satisfactory financial performances as reflected by the increase of Gross Revenue, Gross Profit, and Net Income after Tax. However, A&amp;T Department experiences anomaly since it achieves the highest year-on-year revenue growth but, suffers from the decrease of client satisfaction. This research aims to develop Knowledge Management (KM) strategy to make PT Flawless <em>“famous for flawless services”</em> by increasing client satisfaction and work productivity. This research uses APO KM Assessment Tool to assess KM maturity level of PT Flawless and interview with the Management and staffs to understand the Management’s commitment on KM practice as well as the current states of KM implementation. As the result, currently PT Flawless is at <em>“Refinement”</em> level that it continually assesses and evaluates the KM implementation and seek for improvements. This research proposes PT Flawless to establish a resolute team to manage the KM practice, formalize company policy regarding KM practice, create staffs’ competences map and database, set up regular knowledge sharing, and develop company’s technology to support the KM practice. Lumajang Go is a technology company established in Lumajang regency that provides public transportation service application include 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled motorized vehicles. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of workload and commitment on the online motorcycle taxi drivers’ performance of Lumajang Go in Lumajang with a sample of 30. The method of this study is using multiple regression analysis technique. Meanwhile, the segments, targets and positions set are the strengths of the company so that they can serve all the needs of consumers and influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze whether segmentation, targeting and positioning influence the purchasing decisions of Vaseline products in Lumajang. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on the chance to meet a researcher. A sample can be used if the person is found by chance and is suitable as a data source. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. While the data analysis techniques in this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing and statistical tests with the SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that segmentation, targeting and positioning have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Vaseline products in Lumajang. The research methodology uses qualitative research, ethnographic models. Research informants included: Mbok Rey angkringan stalls, Serlok Lumajang, D Jatayu and Mas Erwin Plaza Lumajang angkringan stalls as well as consumers from each of the angkringan stalls. The results of the study show that innovative forms of product competitiveness run by angkringan stalls include: the use of carts as the hallmark of angkringan stalls that reflect Javanese culture, collaboration on menus for food and drinks by combining traditional and modern concepts, the dominant form of service using the Javanese language to impress more familiar and popular, and the available facilities also support the concept of angkringan stalls, for example, angkringan stalls with traditional concepts, lesehan, garden concepts, cafes and so on. Sustainable tourism is a form of responsibility towards the world. This research aims to analyze Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction changes based on the Destination Image of Sustainable Tourism in West Java. The research approach uses a casual study with a randomly selected sample of 240 in sustainable tourism locations in West Java both online and offline. The results of the study show that tourists feel and realize positive impressions that are known through travel experiences affect satisfaction and loyalty. Tourist groups who have personal value preferences on sustainability have a loyal attitude towards service providers and are willing to advocate for efforts to ensure sustainability if possible facilitated by the provider. Destination image affects the level of loyalty either directly or through satisfaction. The theoretical implication is the importance of customer value preferences as a basis for the development of sustainable tourist destinations. This result of this research are the effect of human resources management function to quality of worklife is significant so the hypothesis is accepted;the effect technology capabilities to quality of worklife is not significant so the hypothesis is rejected; the effect of human resources management function to competitive advantage is not significant so the hypothesis is rejected; the effect technology capabilities to competitive advantage is not significant so the hypothesis is rejected; the effect quality of worklife to co competitive advantage is not significant so the hypothesis is rejected.
