This study aims to analyze the development of comparative product advantages sourced from the company's market sensing and innovation capabilities. Products with comparative advantage based on regional ethnic characteristics are expected to reclaim market share from Jonegoroan Batik. A total of 194 owners of SMEs producing Jonegoroan batik were sampled in this study. Structural equation modelling analysis with smart-PLS software shows that market sensing capability, innovation capability, and iconic ethnic product positively affect MSME performance. The indirect effect test proves that iconic ethnic products perform a mediating function in the relationship innovation capability and MSME performance. Meanwhile, the iconic ethnic product is not a mediating variable for the influence of market sensing capability on MSME performance. This finding implies that MSMEs with innovation capabilities should emphasise the orientation of developing comparative advantages of products based on ethnic characteristics to increase innovation and ultimately achieve company performance. The financial decisions, such as the investment decisions, the funding, and the dividend policy must be considered by the financial managers in order to increase the value of the company. The financial decisions will have an impact on the assessment of the financial performance. The stock returns will be influenced by the financial performance. This study aimed to analyze and acquire the empirical evidences of the effect of the financial decisions on the financial performance and the stock returns, as well as the fact that the financial performance moderates the financial decisions on the stock returns. Based on the Moderated Regression Analysis, the results showed that the financial decisions and the financial performance had no effect on the stock returns. On the other hand, the investment and the funding decisions affected the financial performance. The financial performance could not moderate financial decisions on the stock returns. The research method used is descriptive analysis using a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was to conduct interviews and direct observations to the business owner. In addition, there are additional supporting data from reading books and other sources related to the research title. The analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of human resource development carried out by the company. One of the innovations that can be done in the T-Shirt business is to implement elements of local wisdom (words in the Osing language). To find out the potential of the T-Shirt business based on foreign language words, it is necessary to conduct research studies through analytical studies to determine the extent of consumer response. This research is a descriptive analysis research using 100 respondents who are divided into two categories, namely the category of adolescents (17-25 years) and adults (26-35 years). Overall, the accumulation of data from respondents regarding the interest in buying T-Shirt products based on foreign language words is 71% agree to buy, 18% do not, and 11% are undecided between buying the product or not. The results of this analytical research can be taken into consideration by T-Shirt business actors in Banyuwangi to determine the type of product and their target market. Empirical Evidence in Pandemic Setting https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/828 <p>This study aims to analyze how job burnout and engagement could affect public service motivation among civil servants in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The sample in this study was employees who worked in public organizations in Bandung Raya, West Java Province, Indonesia. By using a purposive sampling technique, about 73 civils who are willing to become respondents and participate in the research. The results reveal that all hypotheses proposed in the study can be confirmed. An important finding from this study is the mediating role of job engagement on the effect of job burnout on public service motivation. Although job burnout can directly reduce job engagement and public services motivation, if public organizations can manage job engagement better, they will be able to increase public services motivation even more. The development of relationships between concepts and patterns that apply in context and other research designs is highly recommended to uncover interesting things that may not have been found in this study. Increasing entrepreneurial competence through the Digital Entrepreneurship Program is an alternative solution to overcome these problems. The method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The variables in this study were Student Entrepreneurial Competence and the implementation of the Digital Entrepreneurship Program.&nbsp; The research results from the observation category related to the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies of students in the field of entrepreneurship include; student abilities related to Online Store and Promotion Business by 30%, Community-Based Business by 20%, Content-Based Business and Matchmaking Business by 10%, Data Analysis by 45%, Cybersecurity by 35%, Cloud Computing by 15%, and Artificial Intelligence is 5%, Communication-customer services is 60%, Communication-customer services is 60% and Communication-customer complains is 40%. This study is using quantitative approach, with the population of customers of local make-up brands in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The total number of samples is 115 respondents, which is selected using purposive sampling method. The data is collected through distributing questionnaire using online platforms, which is then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. This type of research is quantitative research with the population of tourists who have visited Borobudur Temple. Sampling techniques using non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling, with a sample count of 50 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study, with SPSS program version 17. The policy is primarily intended for senior employees who are less able to keep up with technological developments. However, early retirement policies are more attractive to employees who are younger and have high abilities and potential. They feel that with their abilities and potential they can get new jobs and career development in other companies. This study aims to explain and examine the relationship model of work motivation, individual environment, work ability, employee performance with their career development. The research design is in the form of causal explanation from a survey of three branch offices of telecommunication companies located in Blitar, Malang, and Pasuruan. The research sample was 255 people, the respondents were taken by proportional systematic random sampling. data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and path analysis. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. This method has the criteria that the shares are always listed in the research period. The researcher uses data analysis in the form of simple linear regression and to answer normality using the Central Limit Theorem which is to find out whether the data submitted is normal.
