This research is a type of quantitative research using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool and data testing, namely validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed via a Google form link. The population in this study was Wonoayu Community Health Center employees, totaling 95 people and the sampling technique used a census technique, namely 95 respondents. The results of this research prove that the loyalty of Wonoayu Community Health Center employees can be influenced through career development, work-life balance and compensation. Currently, the competition for job opportunities is becoming increasingly fierce, and the number of available jobs is dwindling. This has led to a high level of unemployment. Malang City is ranked fifth in the Open Unemployment Rate (Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, TPT) in East Java, following Sidoarjo Regency, Batu City, Bangkalan Regency, and Gresik Regency. This research aims to examine the influence of self-management, self-esteem, and body image on job availability in Malang City. The research method employed is quantitative through a survey using primary data. Information was collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 fresh graduate students. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The research results indicate that self-management, self-esteem, and body image, when considered together, collectively have a positive and significant impact on job availability for job seekers. Changes in the global economic system, driven by advancements in information and communication technology, have transformed work methods and increased the number of self-employed and freelancers. In response to this need, CWS have emerged as a solution providing flexibility, collaboration, and productivity support. CWS offer shared work environments for various professionals, including creative economy players, SMEs, freelancers, employees, executives, and students. This research employs qualitative and quantitative methods through a literature review involving sources from different countries. The growth of CWS in various cities worldwide brings legal implications requiring special regulations due to their distinct characteristics and usage purposes compared to traditional offices. This research investigates how endorsers and beauty vloggers influence purchasing decisions through brand image when consumers purchase Scarlett Whitening products in Yogyakarta.. This research is quantitative, and primary data was obtained using a pusposive sampling method. Data was obtained from a questionnaire distribution using google form to 108 respondent in Yogyakarta and than processed using SmartPLS 4 software. From the results of this research, it can be seen that celebrity endorsement have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, beauty vlogger have no influence on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorsement have a significant effect on brand image. Beauty vlogger have no influence on brand image. This study aims to determine whether financial literacy, financial attitude, education level and lifestyle affect the personal financial management of students in Sidoarjo. This study used quantitative methods. The population in this study was 23,039 and the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary by spreading questionnaires through google forms. The cross-sectional or one shot method was used to obtain data. The instrument has passed the validity and reliability tests by including outer model measurements, namely convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 tool. Of the fourteen research hypotheses proposed, twelve were supported by empirical data. With the results of the study, quantity and credibility have a positive effect on brand image and perceived quality, then brand image and perceived quality have a positive effect on purchase intention, then brand image and perceived quality mediate the effect of quantity and credibility on purchase intention. The difference from this study is the object studied by Wardah face masks and the research locus in Cimahi City. Job satisfaction is influenced by various interconnected factors, including work environment, workload, and job stress. This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect effects of work environment and workload on job satisfaction, with job stress as an intervening variable, in the Situbondo Regency Government. The total population who became respondents in this study were 61 respondents. Since this figure represents the complete research sample, saturation sampling (census) is the sampling strategy used and employed structural equation modeling (SEM). Results indicated that both work environment and workload significantly impacted job stress and job satisfaction. However, job stress was not found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Service providers must be able to satisfy customers to build client loyalty with an appropriate service plan. Service encounter and servicecape represent the service plan. This research aims to determine the effect of customer experience, satisfaction, and servicescape on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey research design, which is a quantitative research methodology, and the population is patients of Balung Hospital. By using a sample of 80 people, the sampling method used is accidental sampling. the data test stages in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing and determination test. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used in this study for data analysis. Pelindo Container Terminal Surabaya as a research object with the status of Organic (Permanent) employees. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of talent management, HR planning and career development on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Surabaya Container Terminal. This type of research is quantitative which includes primary and secondary data. Sampling technique, Non Probability Sampling technique, the total population is 222 employees with Organic (Permanent) status. The method used in Non Probability Sampling is Purposive Sampling. The sampling technique used the sloving technique totaling 69 respondents as a sample. The method of collecting data disseminated questionnaires directly to respondents and direct observation of the research object. The data collection technique of this study uses an answer interval scale measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique uses an outer and inner model and data testing uses Smart Partial Squer (PLS). The results of the study show that Talent Management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. HR planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And career development has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance.
