The total research sample was 114 micro business actors in the culinary sector with various types of food and beverage products. The sample determination method uses the census method or saturated sample. A group of business actors joined by the name Gumin (food and beverage business actors). The process of collecting research data uses Microsoft forms which are shared via the WhatsApp group of micro entrepreneurs. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where the aim of this analysis is to find the estimation equation. The use of estimation equations in regression analysis aims to find out how big the role and influence of each independent variable (X) is on the dependent variable (Y). The results obtained through the analysis were that only two independent variables were significant, i.e product development and product certification, while one independent variable, i.e the application of digital marketing, was not significant. Improving the implementation of digital marketing is the main focus of this micro business group so that they can develop their business better in the future, so they can compete with other culinary businesses. The process of implementing digital marketing can be carried out if micro business actors establish partners with similar business actors, thereby creating mutual benefits.
I Putu Artaya Copyright (c) 2023 I Putu Artaya https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1085 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 The Key To Success To Optimal Employee Performance Through Quality Of Work Life https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1163
Employee performance encompasses an individual's proficiency, skills, and job outcomes demonstrated while fulfilling their work duties and responsibilities. Evaluating employee performance involves assessing the attainment of predefined objectives, overall work productivity, the caliber of work outcomes, and collaborative effectiveness within the team. This study aims to explore the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and work motivation on the performance of sub-district employees in Lumajang Regency. Employing descriptive and causal research methods, primary data were gathered through interviews and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, complemented by secondary data in the form of agency documents. The sample collection utilized a simple saturated technique, and the data analysis employed multiple linear regression. The partial findings indicate a positive and noteworthy influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and work motivation on employee performance. The R Square value, at 0.531, signifies that these variables collectively contribute to 53.1% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 46.9% potentially influenced by other factors like Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), commitment, and satisfaction.
Kusnanto Darmawan Copyright (c) 2023 Kusnanto Darmawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1163 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Understanding Consumer Preferences In Choosing Cosmetics: The Role Of Halal Lifestyle, Pricing, And Promotion https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1164
The cosmetics industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid growth, encompassing both local and international products that are actively competing in the market. Wardah Cosmetics, a local brand, notably dominates the market share, particularly due to its halal image, making its products highly sought after. This research adopts an explanatory quantitative approach, employing a survey method involving questionnaires distributed to both Wardah consumers and students at ITB Widya Gama Lumajang. Purposive sampling was used to select respondents who had purchased Wardah cosmetics at least once, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis involved multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical findings from this research reveal that, on a partial basis, both halal lifestyle and price significantly influence the purchasing decisions of consumers regarding Wardah cosmetic products. In contrast, promotional activities do not exhibit a significant effect on the decision-making process for purchasing Wardah cosmetic products. Additionally, when considering all three factors together (simultaneously), they collectively exert a significant influence on consumers' decisions to purchase Wardah cosmetic products, contributing to an overall influence of 53.8%.
Kurniawan Yunus Ariyono Copyright (c) 2023 Kurniawan Yunus Ariyono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1164 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Organizational Culture And Work Environment On Employee Performance At The Kunir Community Health Center https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1166
Human resource management is a way of managing human resources in an organization in order to achieve the goals of the organization optimally through developing human resources themselves. One or more types of banking services are currently required by almost every sector in Indonesia that engages with monetary transactions. The macroeconomic circumstances have an effect on the rules that govern Bank Indonesia, and these regulations are applicable to all banks in Indonesia, which means that they have an effect on the processes that banks use to conduct their business. This research makes use of a quantitative technique, and it does so by collecting secondary data from Indonesian banks that are controlled by the state. In order to conduct the analysis of the data for this research, the approach of multiple linear regression was used. On the basis of the conclusions of this research, it seems that the ROA indicator is mostly unaffected by factors like as interest rates, inflation, and the currency rate of the Rupiah. When it comes to the calculation of the LDR indicator, the rates of inflation and interest, as well as the exchange rate of the Rupiah, all play a part. There exists a relationship between the CAR indicator and the rate at which the Rupiah is being exchanged. The CAR indicator, on the other hand, is not impacted by inflation in any way. At the same time, inflation, the rate of the Rupiah currency, and interest rates all have an impact on the functioning of the financial system. ROA, LDR, and CAR are the metrics that are used to quantify these characteristics. These metrics stand for capital adequacy, liquidity, and profitability in regard to one another.
Nur Iqbal Justiro, Zulfa Irawati Copyright (c) 2023 Nur Iqbal Justiro, Zulfa Irawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1181 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 The The Influence Of Service Quality, Brand Image, And E-Wom On Consumer Satisfaction https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1185
The primary objective of the research is to determine the extent to which aspects such as the quality of service, the image of the business, and electronic word of mouth influence the overall enjoyment of consumers. For the purpose of this study, a non-probability-based purposive sampling approach was used. The researchers are engaging in deliberate sampling when they design study settings in accordance with the criteria that they have already specified. The majority of the sample will consist of customers who have used the service in the past as well as those who are now using it. This information for the research was gathered via the use of online questionnaires that were distributed. In the course of this research, online questionnaires were used to collect responses from one hundred clients of J&T Express Indonesia. For the purpose of determining whether or not the claims made by the questionnaire were accurate and trustworthy, the researchers examined both the internal and external models by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) methodology and the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Despite the fact that this research did not discover any connection between a good brand image and the level of pleasure experienced by customers, it did discover that electronic word of mouth had a beneficial influence on customer satisfaction. Last but not least, the quality of the service did have an effect on the level of satisfaction experienced by the consumer.
Septiana Dewi Larasati, Edy Purwo Saputro Copyright (c) 2023 Septiana Dewi Larasati, Edy Purwo Saputro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1185 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Green Human Resource Management on Green Behavior Mediated by Green Work Engagement Among Rejang Lebong Hospital https://ejournal.itbwigalumajang.ac.id/index.php/adv/article/view/1187
Human resource management refers to the strategies and practises implemented by an organisation to effectively oversee and nurture its personnel, enabling them to effectively accomplish the organization's objectives and mission.
