This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, compensation, and motivation on employee performance in the context of local government institutions. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 district employees through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that leadership, compensation, and motivation each have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, both individually and collectively. Leadership enhances team direction and cohesion, compensation increases job satisfaction, and motivation strengthens individual initiative and work consistency. Collectively, these variables explain a substantial portion of the variance in employee performance. The results highlight the importance of integrating leadership development, fair compensation systems, and motivational strategies to improve overall organizational effectiveness. This study contributes to the understanding of human resource management practices in the public sector, particularly in emerging economies, by emphasizing the synergistic role of leadership, rewards, and motivation in shaping performance outcomes.
